All my life I've been a person who sees the little things. Little joys, little sorrows, the brief experiences and subtleties in others.

Now, as a massage therapist, I see people in pain and I want to fix it - little pain, big pain, new pain, old pain, all of the pain.

I educate myself to do that; to notice the littler things, to dial in to discomfort, to take the word "fine," and ask, "fine like perfect? Or fine like, it hurts the same as it always does?"

Jessica Schrank LMT

That is now my profession and within that I take time to speak up and help support and excite others about industry changes, new studies, recognition from major health clinics, trends and considerations - for the people that I help and for my colleagues as well.

Massage Therapy is my purpose, it is my passion, it is the thing I feel most deeply connects us in a society where touch has been banished.

We work longer hours and have little time for ourselves.

Massage is a respite, a morsel of time where you get to actualize your worth and say I deserve to feel better, I deserve a break, I am worth this time to rejuvenate my body and help to heal myself.

Because when you take this time for you the benefit over flows in other areas in your life.

That dedication to our clients, and to ourselves as massage receivers, then becomes our responsibility as massage providers to make it possible to give our best work back to our communities.

I am honored to be an ambassador for massage therapy, for the massage profession, and I will always strive to do my best for myself, my clients, colleagues and the massage profession as a whole, and by one itty bit at a time.

I have been a Massage Therapist since 2008.

Graduating from Alive and Wellness INC. located in Moline, IL, I have been providing Massage Therapy Services to the Lake and Kenosha County Since 2010.

During that time, my therapy has helped people relieve the pain of injuries, stress, car accidents, and bodily discomfort as well as maintaining good bodily and mental health.

I hold over 1700 hours of training and I am fully certified in numerous massage modalities including Deep Tissue, Stretching and Reflexology

My massage styles range from stress reduction relaxation massage to sports massage.

I give unique insight as to how and why the body works the way it does, and by teaching you, it helps me strive to educate as to how massage therapy can help you and how to continue to help yourself feel and live a healthier NEW You.
